RPI owns 100% of OOO Citadel Assets Management (Citadel A.M.). The company is licensed to manage unit investment funds and private pension funds by the Federal Service for Financial Markets.

Citadel A.M. manages the closed-type investment fund Citadel Shares Fund. The fund has been invested into securities of Russian issuers. The net asset value (NAV) of the fund was 2.15 billion Roubles as of 29.12.2006.
